I grew up in this house, and much of the pleasure of owning it now is sharing it with others. The house has a distinct personality: gracious, welcoming, comfortable, and beautiful. It is filled with paintings by my father, and all manner of family heirlooms. Most of all, it has ample space for families and friends who want to vacation together. The house is located just two miles from Matunuck and East Matunuck, and five miles from Narragansett beaches. It is easy and convenient to get to Block Island, Newport, Bristol and Providence, as well as Nature conservancy properties and other points of interest.

The house offers four bedrooms, one of which has two full size beds (one is a fold out futon couch). There are two full-baths upstairs with the bedrooms and one half-bath at the bottom of the stairs. It is ideal for family groups. However, I only rent out two bedrooms at a time should the guests not all be one group, so folks who aren't connected don't have to share a bath. 

I can offer meals besides breakfast (included in your fee), as well as picnics for an extra charge. 

Most of the paintings you see are for sale, cause why not. Ask me about prices if you fancy one. They are mostly by my father Ed Keiffer, a New Orleans native, (1921-1997). I have some very large canvases for which I do not have wall space, so if you are interested in seeing more let me know.
